TQ8000 1-8, 1-16 GAS DETECTION CONTROL PANEL
The standard TQ8000 is an 8 channel stand-alone control unit, which can be expanded up to 48 channels for larger installations. Capable of monitoring inputs from a wide variety of Gas Detectors and many other 4-20mA output devices, such as temperature and pressure. The TQ8000 provides 15 configurable relays which can be utilised as ‘volt free’ or 24V DC, to operate remote devices. Also included are individual 4-20mA outputs for interfacing to programmable logic controllers, PC’s and building management systems. Expansion relay cards can also be fitted to provide individual channel alarm contacts on larger systems. In addition to the alarm relay contacts the TQ8000 system can also provide MODBUS outputs for integration into 3rd party remote monitoring systems or remote displays.
TQ4000 – 1-4 CHANNEL GAS DETECTION CONTROL PANEL
The TQ4000 unit is a 1-4 channel control unit for use in conjunction with toxic, flammable, Oxygen and other 4-20mA gas sensors. The unit has been designed and manufactured in the UK to offer A low cost, highly reliable solution to gas monitoring. The unit can be factory or field configured for 1 – 4 channels as toxic or flammable sensors or a combination of gas and other 4-20 mA sensors.
TQ122 – TOXIC GAS SENSOR
The TQ122 series is a range of flameproof (Ex d) toxic gas and Oxygen deficiency sensors for use in zone 1 and zone 2 hazardous areas. The TQ122 sensors are configured as 2-wire 4-20mA transducers for interface with the TQ4000 or TQ8000 control panel series or Third Party control systems. The sensors are extremely cost effective in all applications and do not require IS BARRIERS.

TQ122 – FLAMMABLE GAS SENSOR
The TQ122-210 series is a range of flameproof (Ex d) flammable gas sensors, for use in zone 1 and zone 2 hazardous areas. Utilising field proven electro-catalytic “pellistor” technology, the TQ122-210 comprises of a detector and compensator elements in a Wheatstone bridge circuit. The sensors are industry standard 3-wire devices. Compatible with our full range of Point detector control panels.
GD231- STAND ALONE SINGLE POINT INFRA RED FREON SENSOR
Stand alone, single point Infra-red refrigerant detector and alarm unit ideal for small installations. Using infra-red technology the GD231 is specifically designed to measure low levels of refrigerant gas in air. It eliminates the inherent problems associated with other methods of refrigerant detection such as semi-conductor and electro-chemical sensors. The sensor is immune to poisoning or cross sensitivity and is a versatile and robust instrument. Designed as a single point, self-contained unit but can be connected to a central control panel for group alarms. ECA Approved.
TQ4300 – MULTI-POINT MULTI GAS SAMPLING SYSTEM
The TQ4300 system is a compact, low cost solution to multipoint gas detection. The system is available with a range of advanced ultra-stable infra-red gas analysers or other suitable technologies depending on the gas type. Requiring minimal calibration in service. With proven reliability and minimal maintenance the TQ4300 is designed for both industrial and commercial use. The TQ4300 can monitor up to 4 gases simultaneously. Flammable, Oxygen and H2S for example in confined space or Water treatment applications.
