A UNIT CYLINDER

A unit is mostly used for heat transfer (specially suited for high-viscous material) and concentration.
Affixed to the revolving shaft (50-800rpm) are scraper blades and their knife edges are forced outward against the cylinder wall and thereby remove the product film, the greatest barrier to heat transfer.
Simultaneously the blades subject the product to intense mixing, agitation and homogenization adding to removal of product film.
This dual action effects a high rate of heat transfer and provides product of uniform texture, consistency and, in some product, the increased luster snd transparency.
The Blade is Normal Blade for Viscous liquid, Fin-Blade for High-Viscous and New Blade for super high-Viscous liquid.

HI-EVAOLATOR

Enrichment/Concentration | Powdering | Separation | Distillation | Recovery

Purpose

This system is a continuous fully closed (solvent and solute recovery) system for separating the solid content in powdery form from the liquid content of a treatment or waste liquid by turning the waste liquid into thin firm with a centrifugal force and vaporizing it instantly with one-pass heating. This system is particularly effective for the disposal of washing waste liquid produced in the painting line of automobiles and demonstrates a great effect for prevention of bad smell, improvement of solvent recovery ratio, reduction of volume of waste liquid residue, etc., remarkably improving the work efficiency.

Features:

  • The rate of concentration is large and it is a one pass system from a liquid powderizing
  • High concentration and the formation of dryness powder are possible.
  • Liquid film is thin and Liquid film is stable.
  • Since the liquid falls only by its gravity it is almost a few seconds of stay.
  • Due to short-time stay,there is little heat influence and heat separation is avoided.
  • It is applicable also to high concentration and sludge Liquid
  • The clearance between a braid tip and a cylinder side is adjusted to 1.0mm or less very small.
  • The axis of rotation is the strong centrifugal force effect by high-speed rotation.
  • A blade stands with centrifugal force, sways like a pendulum in a block, and fails to crush a block.
  • Simple and robust vertical structuve save apace for installation.

Line Mixer

SPEOLATOR

Scraped heat exchange reaction vessel

Features:

SPEOLATOR can be described as a reaction vessel +ONLATOR so it combines the features of both as follows
  • No fear of freezing and scorching because of surface scraping
  • Large heat transfer coefficient (200-500Kcal/Hrm²°C)
  • Excellent mixing agitation and dispersion effect for high viscosity liquid (100-5,000,000cp)
